ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow 3–5 business days to process your order. Expect an email with tracking information once your item is on its way.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING: UNITED STATES & CANADA
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
The Grand PooBox ships from Chicago, Illinois. Because it’s a larger item (15" L x 17" W x 22" H, 13 lbs), shipping costs may vary depending on destination.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship throughout the United States and Canada only. However, stay tuned – We will soon offer international shipping.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. We’ll refund the full order amount minus shipping costs.
If your order arrives damaged, please email returns@grandpoobox.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to make it right.
