Refund policy

The Grand PooBox is truly a labor of love for all things modern and purr-puss (ful) for our cat companions. We know that sometimes issues arise during shipping or you may simply change your mind – we’ve got you covered.

RETURN WINDOW
We accept returns within 15 days of the purchase date.

CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging. Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration may not be accepted.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or replacement. We will cover the return shipping costs for defective or damaged items.

PROOF OF PURCHASE
Please provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation email, with your return.

RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at returns@grandpoobox.com to obtain a return authorization. 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.

REFUND METHOD
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

EXCLUSIONS
Final sale or clearance items are not eligible for return.
